Better things to do.

The NHL is in it's second round of playoffs with some great match ups to say the least. The series between the Bulls and the Celtics is without question one of the greatest of all time, even with Garnett out with an injury.

So, what am I writing about? A-Rod. This guy was supposed to be the second coming, the guy that was going to make us forget about the steroid era in baseball. What happens? A book comes out about how he may have done this and he may have done that.

Here is the bottom line with regard to all of these allegations and rhetoric. Unless the author can prove what did and did not happen, why bother writing a book about speculation? I know that other non-fictional books have been written without proof in the past (which I will not name due to the fact I do not feel like being struck by lightning). But I do not think Selena Roberts was there to see any of this crap that allegedly took place.

So what's next for baseball? Who is our next savior? I have a couple of ideas/suggestions. Ryan Howard, Albert Pujols and.....um......ahem........Manny Ramirez. There, I said it. Man-Ram has never been tied to any illicit drugs, and he is without question one of the greatest hitters of all time.

I say we leave A-Fraud alone, and let him live with his personal lies forever. We have other places to look for a hero. If I were a Yankee fan.......boo the crap out of him to the point that he has to leave the Bronx...if not the game.

Ahhhh.......the beauty of those that have not sinned casting the first stone.
